Preparation Method for Sabudana Khichdi Recipe
Heat the pan pouring in a spoonful of ghee.
Add cumin seeds and diced green chilies to the pan.
Crush the peanuts into small bits and add them to the soaked sabudana. Mix well.
Add this mixture to the pan and mix well. Ensure the mixture is roasted enough and does not stick to the pan.
Cover the pan for 5 mins and on a medium flame.
