Chicken is marinated in this spice mixture and grilled to perfection, resulting in tender and juicy meat with an irresistible smoky flavor. Adding onions and bell peppers to the skewers provides a subtle sweetness and texture to the dish, which complements the chicken's delicious savory taste.

Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible. This allows the chicken to absorb the flavors of the spices and become more tender.
Soak wooden skewers in water for a minimum of 30 minutes before using them. This will prevent them from burning during grilling.
Thread chicken & vegetables onto the skewers tightly and evenly so they cook evenly and do not fall off during grilling.
Preheat the grill to medium to high heat before adding the skewers. This will ensure that the chicken and vegetables cook evenly and get a nice char without burning.
