Ingredients for Butter chicken

  • 1 Tablespoons 24 Mantra Organic Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Oz Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tablespoons Deep Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 Tablespoons red chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoons turmeric
  • 2 Cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoons 24 Mantra Organic Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons TATA SALT
  • 2 Tablespoons BUTTER
  • 1 Count RED ONION
  • 1 Count ROMA TOMATOES
  • 1 Tablespoons LEMON JUICE
  • 2 Count cinnamon
  • 0 cardamom.
  • 2 Tablespoons CREAM
  • 1 Cup Coriander leaves
  • 3 Count cardamom
    1. Marination is important in order to get flavourful, tender and succulent pieces of chicken.
    2. You can make gravy ahead of time and put it in the fridge. Simply add the grilled chicken to the warm gravy as needed. 

    Preparation Method for Butter chicken Recipe

    Step 1:

    Marinate the chicken using Greek yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, meat masala, Tandoori masala and lemon juice.

    Step 2:

    Barbecue the marinated Chicken, you can do this step on a pan with some oil or butter.

    Step 3:

    Saute onions, tomatoes Ginger, garlic & green chilli With some cloves, cinnamon & cardamom.

    Step 4:

    Now make smooth purée in mixer jar.

    Step 5:

    In a pan, Add butter, some javitri, puree, red chilli powder, salt and kasoori methi. Let it cook for 10 mins.

    Step 6:

    Add barbecued chicken and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

    Step 7:

    Add cream and garnish with Coriander leaves.

    Step 8:

    Serve it with breads like phulka roti, Naan or even with rice. Enjoy!
