Preparation Method for Butter chicken Recipe
Marinate the chicken using Greek yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, meat masala, Tandoori masala and lemon juice.
Barbecue the marinated Chicken, you can do this step on a pan with some oil or butter.
Saute onions, tomatoes Ginger, garlic & green chilli With some cloves, cinnamon & cardamom.
Now make smooth purée in mixer jar.
In a pan, Add butter, some javitri, puree, red chilli powder, salt and kasoori methi. Let it cook for 10 mins.
Add barbecued chicken and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Add cream and garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve it with breads like phulka roti, Naan or even with rice. Enjoy!
