Preheat oven to 350°
In an oven safe pan sautéed 1 diced onion and 2 diced chicken breast in 1 tbsp olive oil. Then add 1 cup frozen broccoli and garlic, salt &pepper &1 tbsp Italian seasoning.
Add in broken lasagna noodles. pour in chicken stock & cream.
Bring to a boil, lower to a simmer and Cook 10-12 minutes
Add 1 cup mozz cheese on top and bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
Seasoned with Ranch herbs like parsley, chives, and dill. Now it is ready to serve!
