    Preparation Method for Ma's Chicken Curry Recipe

    Step 1:

    Defrost chicken, if frozen

    Step 2:

    Sauté chicken for 2 to 3 minutes in sauce till lightly golden

    Step 3:

    Add 1 cup hot water (2 cups for family), bring to boil, and then reduce heat to low

    Step 4:

    Cook covered for 5-8 minutes till chicken is cooked through.

    Step 5:

    Remove lid, simmer for ~3 minutes to thicken sauce. Enjoy!
