24 Oz Idaho Potato
1 Lbs Tomatoes
5 Oz Ghee
1 Lbs Finger Hot Pepper- Green Chillies / Mirchi
50 Gm Tata lite
2 Oz DEEP RED CHILLI POWDER
Sauté potatoes in the sauce for about 5 minutes
Add hot water to just cover the potatoes and bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low, cook covered for 10-15 minutes or till cooked through.
Remove lid, mash a few potatoes to thicken the sauce.
Simmer uncovered for a thicker sauce if desired. Enjoy!
