Cooking Steps

Step 1:

Cut Tindora into small pieces and boil it with peas. Keep it aside

Step 2:

Boil the tomatoes and remove the skin.

Step 3:

In a mixer add the tomatoes, peanuts, roasted dalia, cinnamon and bay leaf. Grind it till smooth paste.

Step 4:

In a pan add oil (your choice) l, add cumin and toast for 5-7 seconds. Add the spice paste and 2-3 tbsp water and stir for 2-3 min. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and heavy cream and mix for 2-3 min. Then add Tindora and peas and
