  • What is Vegetable Pilaf?

    Preparation Method for Vegetable Pilaf Recipe

    Step 1:

    Add vegetables, rice, sauce and 1 1/4 cup water in a saucepan.

    Step 2:

    Bring to boil and then reduce heat to low.

    Step 3:

    Cover and cook till water is absorbed ~ 16 to 18 minutes.

    Step 4:

    Take off the gas and rest for 5 minutes covered.

    Step 5:

    Fluff with fork and serve.
