Directions to Use:
* The rotis will last 7-8 days in the regular refrigerator from the day they are received. If you feel as though you will not finish the packet within that time frame, please separate however many rotis or packets you will not finish within 7-8 days in a separate Ziplock bag and put them in the freezer.
* In the freezer, the rotis will last up to 1 month, however we have had many reports they last longer than 1 month in the freezer. The most important aspect to make frozen rotis last longer is how you thaw them.
* To thaw the rotis you would like to eat, please place a paper napkin or towel in the front and back of the packet, then place the packet in the regular refrigerator and let it thaw for one day. The purpose of the napkins is to catch the moisture which will come out of the rotis due to the temperature change.
* The next day, remove the paper napkins, and wipe up any excess moisture. Your thawed rotis will last 7-8 days in the regular refrigerator.
